I am a R.ECE | RYT Kundalini Yoga | RCYT | Co-creator of Happiest Outside KTTPS Outdoor Learning | Owner of Town Yoga Kincardine ON | Wellness Advocate with doTERRA | founder of magiCALMess collective | My brain and my heart believes in connection, consciousness and community. Whether that is through yoga, meditation, being outdoors, food, home, parenting through all the magic and mess of special and high needs children and teens with a focus on mental health. And to top it all off my big love affair with writing. Everything I do comes from my golden heart and I hope you can feel that.
